Fire Rated MDF is made of wood fiber or other plant fibers as raw materials, and is coated with urea-formaldehyde resin or other applicable adhesives. In the glue spraying section, just like gluing, flame retardants are added to the production line to make boards with a density ranging from 600 to 880kg/m3.
